The Jim Mulhern Forever Families Fund is dedicated to supporting Forever Families that were created by adoption by providing assistance to families with financial, educational, health or catastrophic needs, by promoting an understanding of  transracial adoption and embracing diverse cultural identity and by enriching and enhancing a child’s quality of life.
